When twisting with the Twist and Define Cream, we highly recommend you use tgin Butter Cream Daily Moisturizer to take down your twist for extra softness.

Enriched with coconut and Vitamin E oils, for smooth and shiny twists outs with long lasting curl definition.
  • Creates smooth, shiny well-defined twists and twist outs
  • Gives strong hold and lasting curl definition
  • Reduces frizz and fly aways
  • Hydrates dry strands
  • No parabens, sulfates, petrolatum, lanolin, artificial colors, or animal testing.
  • Directions: After washing and conditioning with tgin Sulfate Free Shampoo and tgin Intense Hydrating Conditioner, make sure hair is thoroughly detangled. Apply tgin Twist & Define Cream to damp detangled hair in small sections and comb through from root to tip before twisting. Mist untwisted section with water before applying product if hair begins to dry. For best results, allow hair to air dry. For maximum shine and softness, go over each twist with tgin Butter Cream Moisturizer once hair is dry and/or before untwisting.

Great Hold, Soft Curls, Very Sticky/Tacky
The product did it's job. I live in a very humid climate and usually twist outs only last 24-48 hours. I've pineappled my hair after applying this product and the curls look awesome after 3 days. My only concern was how tacky and sticky the cream was when I applied it to damp hair. I had to go back and apply my moisturizer first and then apply the cream. This yielded beautiful curls so I have no complaints. Just wanted to point out that a cream-based moisturizer was needed before actually applying the twist and define cream.

It Does What It Says, but..
I like this product. It does what it says: it provides hold and defines your curls for a wash and go, twist out, etc. The only thing I don't like about this product is that, when used as directed with the Buttercream Moisturizer, my hair flakes terribly. I know that it's the combination of these two products because my twists would not have flakes on them when they were still twisted; only once I had taken them down with the Buttercream on my fingertips. Therefore, I won't be using the two together anymore, but they are still both fine to use separately. (I will still probably preference the Buttercream for now as I find it also gives my hair hold while deeply moisturizing at the same time). Also, make sure that you do use this on wet hair as directed. If used on dry hair, your hands will get really sticky and it will be harder to twist!

    Good Product
Really defines my curls, I wish it wouldn't make them as hard as it does. The smell isn't too great, it could go without it.

My locs stay in the twisted pattern longer when I use this product. I also use this in between my salon visits on the front area of my hair. Thereby making my curl pattern more define rather than having a fuzzy look. Thanks TGIN for keeping my hair looking awesome....
